It is a serious criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow a minor to gamble. gembets enforces age verification strictly and will suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under 21.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with gembets, you must:

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the gembets Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by any single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. gembets shall not be liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate registration details.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. gembets shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4.4 gembets reserves the right to decline any application for registration at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
5.1 All funds held in your gembets Wallet are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gembets does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges for transactions in non-MYR currencies.
5.2 gembets accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method and account verification level.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. gembets targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts; actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's own processing schedules.
5.4 gembets may withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming authority licence and applicable anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
5.5 gembets does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited to a gembets Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the gembets Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or event, which are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. gembets reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has concluded, bets accepted due to a technical error in odds calculation, and bets placed at odds that were demonstrably erroneous.
6.3 gembets uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and are not guaranteed for individual play sessions.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records maintained by gembets shall be conclusive evidence of the result, subject to the Member's right to raise a formal dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event.
7.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by gembets are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
7.3 gembets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to reclaim Bonus Funds credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specific wagering requirements have been met in full.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gembets Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other use of Platform content is permitted without the prior written consent of gembets.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, gembets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business.
10.2 gembets does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability. gembets shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
In any event, gembets's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Member's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.1 gembets collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at gembets.org/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to gembets processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
12.1 gembets is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools are available to all Members at no charge through Account Settings.
12.2 Members who wish to self-exclude from the gembets Platform may do so for a minimum period of six (6) months by contacting gembets support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. 14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the international gaming authority that licences gembets, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact gembets's support team in the first instance. gembets will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through gembets's internal complaints process, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by gembets's licensing authority.
